Crowned TIM champion in 2018, he didn't stop there!
Sean Cuenin, a participant in the Tim Essonne tournament in 2018, won against Arthur Fils in the final. At just 14 years old, he showcased his immense talent during this major U14 youth tournament.

This rise did not stop after the Tim Essonne: he confirmed his great potential by then winning the Summer Cup with the French team, but also by becoming European U14 champion in individual in July 2018, then semi-finalist of Roland-Garros Juniors in 2021.

At the start of this year, he returned to the forefront of the international scene by winning his 6th professional title and becoming the first Frenchman to win a professional tournament in 2026.

After defeating two seeded players, including the number 1 seed (Filip Cristian Jianu), he triumphed in Marrakech (M25) against the young German Diego Dedura (ranked 386th in the world) in the third set: 6-1, 2-6, 7-6(1). The young player from the Var region thus wins his second $25,000 title after his victory in Maribor, Slovenia, last year.

He thus kicks off the year for French tennis and will therefore climb to 415th in the world rankings. Hopefully, the former Tim Essonne winner's year will continue on this positive trajectory, with more victories!
